Our history at a glance
Pixiu Solutions was founded on decades of PVC manufacturing expertise and a commitment to practical innovation. The company was incorporated in 1998 by Jan Chaplin, former owner of Canadian General-Tower Limited (CGT), a mid-sized fifth-generation manufacturer of vinyl film serving automotive and industrial markets.
As a women-owned company, Pixiu carries forward Jan’s leadership philosophy—one rooted in integrity, innovation, and strong industry relationships. The company’s success is driven not by scale alone, but by grassroots engagement in the pursuit of quality, innovation, and meaningful partnerships.
